With the exception of the strikeouts (obviously), and balls in play percentage (which goes hand in hand with the K's), his ratios are all back to normal.
The one stat that I've been tracking are the pitches he sees per plate appearance. His 4.36 PPA in 2010 is actually the highest of his career.
Yes, he did not look particularly good yesterday, and yes, his May has been nothing short of a trainwreck. But if you believe in the law of averages and that numerical trends are important, you will be happy to know that Wright is going to break loose. We saw it Thursday, then an off night yesterday, and more good to come tonight.
