Will Angel Pagan Ever Learn?

I just put the radio on and tuned into the Mets v. Nats game.

Angel Pagan comes up, the score is 5-4 Mets, there are 2 outs and no one on...he hits a rope to the deep gap.

Now guess what happens:

A) He smartly stands up at second with an easy double, prolonging the inning and putting himself in scoring position
B) He tries for the two out triple and gets thrown out to end the inning

Yes, it's only Spring Training, but his baserunning instincts are just brutal, and he doesn't seem capable of playing any other way.

Now back to my yardwork.
