The final votes are in, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
In our initial thread on this, I had the following four on the Mets Mount Rushmore: Gil Hodges, Tom Seaver, Keith Hernandez and David Wright.
I received a TON of e-mail asking about Piazza, and quite a few that said Doc Gooden and Strawberry "had to be on there". Eddie Kranepool and Mookie got some love as well.
So with that, I put it to a fan vote with the following voting results:
- Tom Seaver: 98%
- Mike Piazza: 82%
- Keith Hernandez: 74%
- Gil Hodges: 70%
- David Wright: 70%

Finally, many folks have asked if they can use this picture--the answer is, "of course".

I've noticed you doing this "hit and run" link thing on various blogs, in stories that have nothing to do with what you're linking....it's kind of bad form, ie, what does the Mets Mt Rushmore have to do with your rundown of NL East bullpens?
