OK Mets fans, let me ask you this very simple, yet complex, question:
"Are the Mets a better team with Luis Castillo OUT of the lineup?"
Yes he gets on base at a nice clip and has good baserunning skills....that is a given. Does he hit enough is quite another thing.
IMO, Castillo back to second base is the right move IF he hits 8th in the order.
The Mets best lineup is still...

Schneider/Castro

The guys playing now are getting it done which is great, but sustaining that for the next few months is a tall order.
We need our stars back.
